DAFFODIL HILL GOLD MINE STAMPMILL

This is a place YOSH and MILKO found all broken down one day when they were out exploring. It was just how it had been for the last hundred years or so, probably. All it was, was a pile of timbers once used to house the structure of what they could only assume used to be a STAMPMILL GOLD MINE. It seems as MILKO tells me |; as he's sitting right here, that there were some very large timbers which were either placed vertically hooked up to pulleys and what not by ropes which were probably long ago rotted away. Vertically to be dropped on the rock mined out of the mountain. Probably, then washed down the mountain somehow to be further milled by maybe a CHINESE WATER WHEEL to separate the gold ore from the other rock. In this way GOLD would be found. These giant timbers could have also been placed horizontally like rollers while the ore would be washed through the giant rollers, thus crushing the ore. Then again the rubble left over could have been washed through a CHINESE WATERWHEEL to separate the GOLD out of the rubble. MILKO it seems asked somebody familiar with the area where they stumbled across this STAMP MILL just what it was and why nobody had ever tried to restore this, I'M sure, historical building. Probably because it was so broken down there wasn't anything left to restore. However, I'M sure if someone were to dig around there a bit, they would find some interesting artifacts. And all the large timbers could be used for something. Who knows! In checking on the net, I found DAFODIL HILL GOLD MINE, and upon seeing a picture of the place, that wasn't the same place I recall. I thought it was up near the GEORGETOWN DIVIDE. However, I'M not sure. IF anybody knows of what possibly used to be a STAMP MILL that's now all fallen down, would you please E-mail me, and tell me just where it is or take me there? My E-mail addy is bmfdmd@jps.net Please, and thank you!
