INTELLIGENCE!

Having intelligence is overrated. I could be typing of nonliving intelligence , though. Such as artificial intelligence, like computer intelligence or there are many kinds of intelligence. No, I'M writing of human intelligence. And who am I, to be writing anything about intelligence? Well, I DO consider myself to be fairly intelligent. There I wrote it. No, I don't consider writing that to sound conceited, of course, I wouldn't. At least I wouldn't admit to it, not if I claimed to be intelligent. Why, it's just a statement of fact. I know the people who give IQ tests or anyone else who even cares, don't pay them any credence anymore because they are so ETHNOCENTRIC, I suppose. And what criteria does whomever, base judgment on? When I was a kid the teachers at the elementary school where I went to gave me I imagine some kind of IQ test. I never found out what my IQ was. I was never really interested, I already knew I was intelligent enough to get by in this world. I was able to make many friends whom I always assumed were at least as intelligent as I if not more so. But, what I really want to write about here is the fact that my father is a very intelligent man. So intelligent, well, I can't say. If somebody asked him to join the MENSA club or whatever it is. I think it's a club full of very intelligent but conceited people who tout themselves as being super intelligent. Well, my father's so very intelligent that he'd never join a stupid organization like that. I think it's true what "they" say "it takes one to know one" I'M referring to these supposedly intelligent people who've joined this "club." I think it's rather what you do with your intelligence more than just having it. I think, if your more intelligent than most, and you know it, than it's your duty to use your intelligence to better humankind not take it down a few notches as some, I think possibly, intelligent people have done in the past. Now, I know this next statement is gonna get me in hot water, especially with my JEWISH GRANDMOTHER, but, I think people like HITLER had to be somewhat intelligent or he wouldn't have been capable of EXTERMINATING so many JEWS. Now, I doubt if HITLER ever knew what his IQ was , and if he had he sure didn't use his smarts to benefit mankind. He sort of did the opposite, I think. Now, I'VE talked to my father about this a little bit, and he told me when he was young he always wanted to do great things, he wanted to leave his mark in the world. However he didn't really know, just how intelligent he is until he was about seven, even then I don't think he ever thought about it. But, wouldn't it have been great if he had. That would've given him these sixty some odd years to be bettering humanity. I KNOW also that I have a certain amount of intelligence, I'VE neglected to use my intelligence in the past by doing such things as abusing my body using all kinds of drugs. When I should have been trying to further my knowledge by learning in school. But, no I was selfish, had to get high a lot. Remember, I'M part of the "ME" generation.

However, I'VE decided to start using what little intelligence I DO have to further improve GOD'S kingdom here on earth, while I'M here.

Ok, now that was a cute little DIATRIBE on intelligence, and many people DO consider me a smart ass. However, this can't be helped, I'M always trying to be witty. Which always comes off as being a SMART ASS. I guess by explaining myself in a very roundabout way, I'M just trying to apologize for being such a SMART ASS.
